Mack Trucks will host the event and pay for all meals, event ground transportation and lodging. Dealers are responsible for their travel to and from Allentown, Pa.

All dealer personnel should plan to arrive no later than 4:00pm on Wednesday, September 18, 2019 and can depart first thing Friday, September 20, 2019.

Lehigh Valley International (ABE) is the closet airport at just 7 miles from the hotel, Wind Creek Bethlehem. Other options are Philadelphia International Airport (69 miles) or Newark Liberty International Airport (72 miles).

No, airport transfers are not included. Lehigh Valley International Airport offers several options including taxi service, Uber and Lyft.

All event transportation is provided; a car is not needed.

Hotel rooms for all attendees will be booked through your event registration compliments of Mack Trucks. A credit card will be required at check in for incidentals.

Hotel confirmation numbers will be sent via email approximately two weeks prior to the event.

Complimentary on-site parking at Wind Creek Bethlehem is available to all guests. We ask you to utilize the event transportation to and from the Mack Customer Center.

Dress throughout the event will be casual attire. Jeans and a polo, dress shirt or sweater are sufficient.

The registration deadline is August 15, 2019, or when space is full, whichever comes first.
